Our hot air balloon flying area is based in northeast Hillsborough County and south Pasco County, such as New Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Saint Leo, and surrounding countryside areas. Hot air balloons cannot fly near Florida’s coasts due to unavailable launching and landing fields and sea breezes from the Gulf of Mexico, which make it unsafe to fly.
